On occasion, we will have
adult dogs or older puppies available. This may be due to changes in our
breeding program, retirement, or simply reduction of dogs in our
program. Careful screening will be done to ensure both the adoptive
family and the adult are a good fit.
Consider Adopting one of our older Pups or Retired Dachshunds
We have some of
our nicest Dachshunds available for adoption. These dogs have been
raised here and have been very loved. Placement of these dogs is
carefully considered. Most of them are offered with a spayed/neuter
agreement. We strive to make the best match possible for the dog and for
you. Adoption fees in most cases are minimal or no charge. We are more concerned
about the right placement for each dog.
We have also
made arrangements with our vet for very affordable spay/neuter and
dental cleaning for adopted adults.
